Clean, nice basic hotel, I thoroughly enjoyed big size and huge rooms and pleasant staff. I stayed in the room that was kept clean daily and available with balconey and modern facilities, for instance. The location was central, right by restaurant, taxis, and Thailand.

The hotel is situated in a quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle of the neighborhood. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and spacious with quality bedding and towels. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast offers a basic but satisfying variety of food. The landscaped pool area provides a pleasant view to many of the less expensive rooms.

The cable TV channels are limited with the need for a DVD player or books.

Staffs are helpful. Hotel is quiet and nice decor. Value for money. Room is big and clean.

During our Christmas stay, we appreciated the warm welcome we received from the staff who were always ready to assist us. We also enjoyed the free Wi-Fi and the complimentary breakfast that offered a variety of freshly made dishes. the hotel's location gave us easy access to nearby attractions and affordable transportation. the spacious rooms were equipped with modern amenities and had a cozy atmosphere.

The limited pool chairs made it difficult to relax by the pool, and there were no outdoor activities or recreational facilities available. the language barrier with the staff presented some difficulties with communication and requests, but they did their best to assist us within their limitations.

I had a wonderful stay at a value hotel in Khon Kaen. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable, with ceramic tiles and a king-size bed. The staff were very polite, helpful, and professional at all times. The buffet breakfast was above average for the price. The location was convenient, with easy access to the city center via baht bus. I found it to be excellent value for money and I will definitely be staying there again in the future.
